Over the past 20+ years I’ve worked at some of the most revered agencies in New Zealand, Australia, London, and the United States; leading creative transformation at CHEP Melbourne and Fallon Minneapolis, and building Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne’s office and culture from scratch as the agency’s founding Creative Director. Alongside agency leadership, I’ve written a book on fear that inspired an AFL premiership victory, co-founded the purpose-led agency Robyn&Leon, and created the online store Destroy All Monsters — a platform for making products that inspire adventure. I’m a keen cyclist and also enjoy spending as much time on the water as I can kitesurfing and kayaking.
